Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to PropertiLens premium digital report services.

By purchasing or unlocking any paid report, you agree to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General policy

PropertiLens provides digital property research reports and decision-support content. Paid access is linked to the property details entered by you and the premium report unlock/download flow shown on the website.

2. No refunds after report access

All purchases are generally final once payment is confirmed and the premium report has been unlocked, generated, viewed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you. Because the product is a digital report, no physical return or exchange is possible.

3. Exception for accidental non-use

If you made a payment by mistake, did not view or download the premium report, and contact us within 15 minutes of payment, you may request a cancellation and refund review. Requests made after 15 minutes, or after the premium report has been opened, generated, viewed, or downloaded, will normally not be eligible for refund.

4. Cancellation request process

To request cancellation under the above condition, contact us through the Contact page with the email or phone number used for payment, transaction or payment ID, property/report name, payment time, and a clear cancellation request.

5. Refund processing

Eligible refunds, if approved by PropertiLens/Hoppwork, will be processed within 15 business days and issued to the original payment method where possible. Razorpay, bank, card, UPI, wallet, or payment gateway delays may apply.

6. Failed payment or duplicate payment

If your amount was debited but the premium report did not unlock, or if you believe you were charged twice for the same report, contact us with the payment details so we can review the issue with the payment records.

7. Late or missing refunds

If an approved refund has not arrived, first check your bank account and contact your bank, card provider, UPI app, or payment provider. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us again with the approved refund reference.

8. No physical returns

PropertiLens does not sell physical products. Return, replacement, shipping, or exchange of physical goods is not applicable.

9. Policy changes

We may update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective after being posted on this website.
